Primary Responsibilities and Duties Essential Functions
Adhere to laws and company policy pertaining to the service of alcohol.
Communicate effectively with customers and help with their food and beverage selection.
Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
Execute orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure cleanliness of the bar area, set up, and stock for the start of each shift.
Gain proficiency in all specialty cocktails and maintain enthusiasm for our offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
Must be at least 21 years of age
At least 2 years bartending experience required.
High‑volume corporate experience is a plus.
Keen awareness of the guest environment and needs.
Expert knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine.
Strong craft beer and cocktail knowledge.
Ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
Clear and professional communication skills with guests, teammates, and management.
Availability for a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.
Judgment and adaptive attitude.
Must possess all required food/alcohol certifications as designated by location.
Desired Traits

Supervisory Responsibilities Indirectly oversees barbacks (non‑supervisory).

Must have good hearing for accurate communication with guests.

Must frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry.
Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.

Extended periods of standing and walking to various parts of the restaurant at different levels.
Fast‑paced hands‑on position.
Dining facilities are both outside and inside. Lighting is low.
