The On-Call Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for cocktail servers and casino guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest service. Bartenders play a vital role in creating a fun, welcoming, and efficient bar environment. Pay: $12.00 per hour + tips Job Type: Part-Time, On-Call (as needed) Expected Hours: 1–25 hours per week Schedule: Flexible Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for cocktail servers and casino guests Adhere strictly to standardized drink recipes and presentation standards Follow all alcohol safety regulations, including checking identification, preventing over-service, and complying with all gaming and alcohol laws Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests Ensure beverage quality and consistency at all times Stock bar supplies for current and upcoming shifts Clean, wash, and properly store glassware and bar equipment Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the assigned bar station and shared work areas Accurately handle financial transactions and process guest payments Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment (“The Big Six”) Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of bartending or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to obtain a food handler’s card Ability to successfully complete all required alcohol awareness training Ability to obtain and maintain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license Ability to obtain and maintain licensing through the appropriate gaming authority About Us
