General Function
The
пожар provides direct leadership, instruction and motivation for students in swimming classes.
Education/Experience/Training/Certifications
At minimum, some high school level education Christine 16+ years of age
CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Basic First Aid certification and Emergency Oxygen
Current YMCA Swim Instructor certification OR training
$300 Signing Bonus!
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Instructs swimming lessons and prepares lesson plans according to YMCA.
Builds effective, authentic relationships with parents and students to connect and inform parents of each other and student’s accomplishments.
Conveys information on aquatics programs and schedules and refers students and parents to other programs. Брём>
Maintains records and attends meetings and trainings intaguradýschedules.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Abilities & Skills
Ability to instruct and observe participants in proper stroke techniques.
Ability to lift equipment, and to lift a annuel (average) size child.
