Georgia’s Pre-K Program is a state funded educational program for all age eligible 4-year-old children in Georgia. The purpose of Georgia’s Pre-K Program is to prepare children for success in Kindergarten and later school years. The Pre-K LeadTeacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4-year-old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you’ll: Create!

Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. Care!

Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class. Call the shots!

Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines, company standards and GA Pre-K program requirements. Communicate!

Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success. Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, approved related degree or higher credential Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
