About The Position The Risk Management Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Court leadership through research, analysis, and strategic recommendations that shape the Court’s risk management posture. In this role, you will lead and contribute to Risk and Control Self‑Assessments (RCSA), guide enterprise risk evaluations, conduct detailed risk analysis, and develop and execute effective mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities

Provide support across the full risk‑management lifecycle, including leading and assisting with the execution of Risk and Control Self‑Assessments (RCSA).

Leverage data analytics and develop dashboards to provide actionable insights, track risk trends, and enhance decision‑making.

Lead and participate in risk assessments to identify potential exposures and vulnerabilities.

Consult with business units to evaluate identified risks and develop balanced, practical mitigation strategies.

Monitor the effectiveness of controls and track key risk indicators (KRIs) to ensure risk objectives are met.

Conduct thorough root‑cause analyses on issues and deficiencies, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Serve as a subject‑matter expert on risk‑related matters, offering guidance and insights to stakeholders.

Telework Eligibility This position may be eligible for partial telework following an initial training period and contingent upon the needs of the Court.

Selection Requirements OPTION I Bachelor’s degree* from an accredited four‑year college or university with a major in public or business administration—or a field related to risk management—AND three (3) years of progressively responsible experience defining, analyzing, making recommendations for, and assisting in the implementation of solutions to program, organization, and/or other management problems, one (1) year of which must include supporting risk management, internal controls, compliance, audit, or related risk‑focused activities.

OPTION II Master’s degree* in public or business administration—or a field related to risk management—AND one (1) year of progressively responsible experience defining, analyzing, making recommendations for, and assisting in the implementation of solutions to program, organization, and/or other management problems.

OPTION III Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience defining, analyzing, making recommendations for, and assisting in the implementation of solutions to program, organization, and/or other management problems, two (2) years of which must include supporting risk management, internal controls, compliance, audit, or related risk‑focused activities.

Credit for experience is given based on a 40‑hour workweek. Part‑time experience is credited on a part‑time ratio (e.g., working 20 hours per week for two months equals one month of experience). Overtime does not count toward additional credit.

Desirable Qualifications

Strong knowledge of advanced analytical methods, including statistical, financial, systems, and procedural analysis.

Experience with court operations, case‑management protocols, or public‑sector policy and governance environments.

Proven ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and exercise sound professional judgment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting reports, policies, and technical documents.

Proficiency with standard business software, including spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools.

Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
