Position Title: Student Worker: Science Outreach Facilitator

Job Duties
Facilitate science inquiry activities and other science demonstrations
Interact with 4th and 5th grade girls during a Saturday morning program (5-6 consecutive sessions)
Work with a peer to facilitate the program
Engage in weekly training sessions (1-2 hours)
Serve as a role model
Driving requirement: Yes
Job Qualifications
Successful completion of SCIE 109 Science Inquiry or
Successful completion of a North Central biology course or
Elementary education major
Experience with elementary school age children
Will this position be working with minors? Yes
Approximate number of work hours per week 6
