Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, creating competitive market strategies, showing properties, negotiating terms, providing market insights, and guiding clients through the entire transaction process while ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications
Possession of an active Real Estate License
Strong understanding of real estate principles, including market trends and real property concepts
Customer service and sales skills, with an ability to build relationships and assist clients
Detail‑oriented with strong communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in using real estate tools, technology, and platforms
Adaptability to a hybrid work environment and strong self‑management skills
Familiarity with the South Metro Atlanta real estate market is a plus
