We’re seeking an
Associate/Senior
to join a growing multi-strategy investment firm with
$3B AUM
across Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Fund-of-Funds. This role offers hands‑on exposure to
fund accounting, cash management, investor relations, and operational oversight
in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee and review
capital calls, distributions, fund expenses, and cash movements , ensuring accuracy and compliance with fund governing documents.
Perform and review
daily cash and bank reconciliations
and support
monthly and quarterly close and reporting
processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for
fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers , managing deliverables and resolving issues.
Support
investor onboarding, AML/KYC requests, DDQs, and investor reporting , partnering with internal teams and external providers as needed.
Maintain and enhance
operational processes, controls, and internal tracking
of investor activity, capital balances, and fund-level data.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience at a
fund, fund administrator, or public accounting (audit) firm with HF or PE experience
Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong
Excel
and understanding of fund accounting
Excellent communication, judgment, and attention to detail
CPA
not required
Base:
$120K–$140K
Bonus:
~25% target + fund performance incentives
