Salary Range: $90,000 to $95,000
Clearance: Must have an active Secret clearance
Location: Temple Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC), 111 South George Mason Drive, Arlington, VA, supporting the Army National Guard G4 Directorate (ARNG-LGZ)

Summary The Reset Budget Analyst supports the Reconstitution and Modernization Costs of Army National Guard (ARNG) Combat Support and Combat Service Support Equipment and works with the ARNG Reset Team for ARNG-G44 Maintenance Policies. The position maintains reset financial data weekly and provides directorate analysis for all 54 States/Territories on a biweekly basis using the TYAD as the program of record. The incumbent will also train State and Territory Reset Managers on the budget process.
Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as Reset Budget Analyst.
Prepare SRU and Left Behind Equipment (LBE) category spreadsheet reports, review status of equipment (LBE and Home Station), and continuously communicate with all 54 states and territories.
Support CS/CSS equipment and coordinate with CECOM regarding ARNG Equipment Reset issues.
Update the Reset Instructions Guidebook for each Fiscal Year, providing detailed instructions to state-level Reset Managers covering Equipment Tracking, Reset Reports, and Financial Responsibilities.
Monitor the Status of Funds Execution Rate daily.
Provide a Weekly Executive Summary to the Maintenance Branch Executive Officer.
Create a distribution plan for FY (all quarters) based on each individual state/territory requirement.
Perform other related contract tasks and personnel administrative support requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in the military, preferably in the Army National Guard.
Experience working with Combat Support/Combat Service Support (CS/CSS) equipment and the reset process for the ARNG, including equipment left in theatre.
Familiarity with Property Books, SRU, and C-LAT inspections systems.
Knowledge of Fiscal Law.
Able to effectively communicate with senior leadership.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree.
Experience with TYAD (Tobighanna Army Depot).
Must possess an active Secret clearance.
