Join Woodforest National Bank as a
Teller Retail Banker
in a full‑time branch banking position located in Garner, NC (Walmart‑0694). Woodforest is a privately owned, employee‑owned bank that emphasizes community engagement and relationship building. Key Responsibilities
Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services that best meet customer needs. Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance. Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines. Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with Woodforest’s training and the Woodforest Experience. Minimum Qualifications
3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree. Previous in‑store banking experience is preferred, but not required. Must be positive and engaging. Formal Education & Certification
High school diploma or equivalent (required). Work Status
Full‑time. Supervisory Responsibility
No. Travel
Little to no overnight travel expected.
May cover nearby branch locations up to 45_series miles as needed. Working Conditions
Standing most of the time, may involveینه walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs. Disclaimer
