About the Role As a Senior Valuation Specialist, you will apply a proven understanding of valuation principles to the valuation of all property types within the commercial real estate industry. You will execute assignments for financial reporting, purchase accounting, Net Asset Value, periodic reporting, tax, lending, and more for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, open and closed‑end funds, and lenders.

Responsibilities

Execute valuation and appraisal assignments (financial reporting, purchase accounting, Net Asset Value, periodic reporting, tax, lending, etc.)

Work with team members and independently across geographies to deliver exceptional client service.

Gather pertinent data through direct client interaction, including personal & telephone interviews with brokers and property managers.

Review industry surveys, benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.

Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear, concise manner.

Qualifications

3–5 years of related work experience.

Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Creative real‑estate (CRE) experience/background.

Team‑player mentality with excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Salary Range Approximate Salary Range for this Role: Commission‑Based. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
