Seeking a Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager to lead and optimize recruiting functions for mission-critical roles. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving structure, efficiency, and performance across a growing team of recruiters and sourcers. You will manage KPIs, ensure timely hiring, and partner closely with business leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers focused on high-volume and specialized recruiting.
Own recruiting operations metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline health, and KPI reporting.
Partner with senior business leaders to align hiring strategies with critical project timelines.
Recruit for senior-level roles (Director/VP) with a manageable requisition load.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices for scalability and efficiency.
Ensure ATS and CRM optimization.
Foster a culture of accountability, resilience, and collaboration within the team.
Must-Haves
8+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing recruiting teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong operational mindset with expertise in data-driven recruiting metrics.
Industry exposure to technology, construction, data centers, or engineering.
Systems savvy: experience with Workday; familiarity with Phenom and CRM tools preferred.
Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver against mission-critical timelines.
Strategic leadership and team development.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure environments.
