Job Description We are seeking an experienced

CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) Operator

to join our trenchless sewer rehabilitation team. This position is responsible for leading and assisting with the installation of CIPP liners, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring all work meets project, safety, and quality standards. The operator will work as part of a multi‑person crew and may be required to run various pieces of equipment including:

CCTV inspection trucks

(pre‑and post‑lining)

Jet/vacuum trucks

for cleaning and prep work

Boiler and wet‑out trucks

for curing liners

Air compressors, bypass pumps, and reinstatement cutters

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CIPP lining equipment, including boiler units, air/steam systems, andặt inversion equipment.

Install and maintain bypass pumping systems to maintain sewer flow during lining operations.

Read and interpret project plans and work orders to execute accurate and efficient liner installations.

Ensure jobsite safety by following company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance/repairs.

Complete all required paperwork (daily logs, safety ดู checklists, project records).

Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and clients to ensure project success.

Requirements

Travel:

Willingness to travel out of town 80–90% of the time, including weekends and extended stays.

License:

CDL‑B preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire). CDL‑A preferred.

Experience:

Heavy construction or underground utility work.

Prior CIPP installation experience strongly preferred.

Skills/Abilities:

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate/maintain construction equipment.

Ability to work in confined spaces and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions. \ន្ទ

Able to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Must pass drug screening, background check, and fitness‑for‑duty physical.

Commitment to following safety procedures and passing company training/exams.
