Patient Services Specialist at Roaring Fork Surgical
Full-Time Patient Service Specialist needed for our Roaring Fork Surgical Office! This is a small, dynamic office looking for an individual to round out our team. There is some flexibility with the schedule.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred!

Responsibilities
Provides patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties.
Organizes patient flow, keeping physicians and patients on schedule.
Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner.
Screens office manager, physician and nurse calls, handling appropriately.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years in a reception or clerical field.
Clerical: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills.
Bilingual preferred.
Excellent customer service skills; strong computer skills.
