Position Overview The position involves core pharmacist responsibilities across several specialized areas – Pharmacy Services, Clinical Customer Care, and Fulfillment Operations – based on your interests and qualifications. Shifts in this role require a minimum of two days per week (including day and swing shifts).
Key Job Responsibilities
Implement and ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations.
Maintain compliance with Amazon Pharmacy operational guidelines and procedures.
Document professional communications and interactions appropriately.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Evaluate prescriptions for clinical appropriateness.
Participate in quality assurance activities.
Provide clinical guidance and support.
Collaborate with other healthcare team members and pharmacy staff.
Support interdepartmental communication and workflows.
About the Team
Pharmacists will be assigned to a specialized area that best fits their skill set while retaining core pharmacist duties.
The team leverages AI to enhance patient care, using advanced entity recognition to reduce errors and accelerate at‑home delivery.
Same‑day delivery is delivered through sustainable methods (e‑bikes, electric vehicles, drones).

Basic Qualifications
