Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Takeщие inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximatelyICP备 daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Ability to give correct written instructions.

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions / Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly (may use calculator).

Must be able to make correct monetary change.

Verbal, writing and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Motor coordination between eyes and fingers for rapid, accurate movements.

Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in work areas, sudden temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing Talking and hearing on phone. Near and mid‑range vision for most tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, handle stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make decisions.

Additional Information Physical Requirements

Standing: majority of tasks performed from a standing position.

Walking: short distances for short durations.

Surfaces: ceramic tile or linoleum; height of work surfaces 36–48 inches.

Sitting: paperwork usually completed at a desk or table.

Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 poundsatay dimensions 3' × 1.5'.

Carrying: large cans (≈3 lbs), pizza sauce (≈30 lbs), trays of pizza dough (≈12 lbs per tray).

Moving trays on dollies: force up to 7.5 lbs.

Climbing: infrequently navigate stairs or ladder.

Bending and stooping: forward bending at pizza assembly, reaching balances.

Crouching: occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching: upward, downward, forward up to 72 inches and beyond in some tasks.

Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination continuous; shaping dough, using pizza peel, cutting pizzas, assembling boxes; pinching, grasping.

Equipment: pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, peel.
