Site Supervisor – Overview U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service, is seeking a Site Supervisor for our Dillon, SC location. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the daily operation and cleanliness of the Rest Area Facility they are assigned to.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all contact requirements are met at each designated Safety Rest Area.
Supervise, manage, and direct Rest Area Attendants by maintaining a consistent daily presence as required.
Ensure facilities and grounds are cleaned according to contractual standards.
Conduct mandatory weekly inspections.
Respond within sixty (60) minutes of notification to an emergency or as directed by the client.
Maintain contactability twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
Perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the Attendant or Weekend/Lead Supervisor while performing each role. Assist attendants and staff as needed to ensure all work is completed.
Identify areas within the facility and grounds that need maintenance, repair, or replacement.
Oversee sub-contractors at the direction of the Area Mangers and Project Manager and their staff.
Perform regular inspections of rest rooms and common areas for sanitation, cleanliness, order, malfunctioning equipment, and safety.
Perform minor maintenance of facility such as changing light bulbs or filters, etcli>
Greets customers and assists them with any questions or concerns.
Recognize hazardous environments and correct the issue accordingly.
Update all required documentation on a daily and weekly basis.
Promote a positive culture of safety to reduce and/or eliminate accidents and injuries.
Perform the job in a professional manner with a strong work ethic in an effort to “lead by example.”
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge of applicable OSHA standards.
Janitorial and Maintenance knowledge is preferred.
Requirements
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to lead, manage and direct employees.
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the maintenance and/or repair of buildings or other structures.
Ability to multi-task and complete assigned duties efficiently.
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
Professional appearance and manner.
Must be able to manage a variety of personality types without exhibiting stress.
Varying schedule, able to work all hours including nights and weekends as needed.
Experience with Microsoft office a plus.
Valid Driver's license.
