Responsibilities
Welcome patients and ensure their comfort before treatments
Prepare and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for procedures
S دهد sterilize instruments in accordance with regulations
Assist the dentist with four‑handed dentistry
Perform laboratory tasks as instructed
Provide oral hygiene and post‑operative care instructions
Maintain a clean and well‑stocked treatment area
Schedule patient appointments
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures

Skills
Proven experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methodsTF
Understanding of health & safety regulations, including HIPAA
Ability to perform regulated non‑surgical tasks (e.g., coronal polishing) is a plus
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Well‑organized and reliable
High school diploma; completion of dental assistant school preferred
Additional certification or training (e.g., EFDA) is an asset
