Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, safe, cost‑effective total nursing care to خودش patients.
Assume responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process.
Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, quality improvement, Persistent infection control, and the goal of discharging the patient with optimum care.

Administer all medications safely and in a timely manner per hospital policy.
Perform and fulfill all HICS responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles during emergencies and disasters.
Know the hospital’s emergency codes and adhere to hospital policies for each code.
Summary This role provides direct clinical patient care. The RN will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis and oversee unit‑level staff delegation. The RN supports the CNO to ensure high‑quality, safe nursing care, staff competency, and effective resource management.
Education Required: Graduated from a state‑approved or accredited school of nursing. Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
Experience Preferred: Recent acute‑care nursing experience.
Certifications Required: State дүниlicensed, certified, or registered to practice nursing per law, with CPR, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS). Additionally, AHA Advanced Life Support (ACLS), PALS, or NRP as applicable.
