Location: Lincoln Regional Center, a Joint Commission accredited state psychiatric hospital, Lincoln, NE
Schedule: Full-time 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week. Evening and night shifts, alternating weekends.
Compensation: Starting rate $51.336/hour plus $3.00/hour facility differential plus up to $2.50/hour shift differential for new hires. Comprehensive benefits and career path.
Your Role
Deliver compassionate, person‑centered care respectful of patient dignity.
Apply clinical expertise in fast‑paced environments with diverse patient cases.
Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other nurses to provide comprehensive care.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
Lead within the Mental Health Specialist team and take initiative.

Requirements / Qualifications
Current license as Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority via Nurse Licensure Compact.
Applicants within 90 days of completing RN program or obtaining licensure are considered.
At least 19 years old, able to attend 3 weeks of orientation day hours.
Physical ability to push/pull and lift up to 60 lbs.
Valid driver’s license or independent transportation.
Previous nursing experience preferred but new graduates welcomed; adaptability, empathy, and communication skills desired.
