Responsibilities
Provide direct care to residents.
Supervise activities performed by nursing assistants.
Chart and maintain documentation for residents.
Prepare and administer medications.
Develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
Current CPR certification.
At least one year of experience in long term care.
