Private Duty LPN/RN for a 12‑year‑old male with a G‑tube in Worton, MD.
Shift(s) available for this case:
Every other weekend: day shift
Job Responsibilities
Working one‑on‑one in the client’s home
Complete nursing assessment
Administer medication and treatments as prescribed 닟ph personale Plan of Care
Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner
Job Requirements
ActiveForge/ unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate Compact license – Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
Valid CPR/BLS certification
Confidence to work independently
Documentation and.Basic knowledge of G‑tube/Trach care preferred; willing to train qualified candidates
Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
Pediatric experience a plus
Benefits/Salary Information
Pay range: $26–42 per hour. Pay rates are determined by licensure, skills, experience, and vary per！Case.
Employees receive time‑and‑a‑half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week.
