General job duties involve operating all equipment and stock, rotating ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk‑in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory and completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and facility. Customer‑service skills include the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
