Commercial Roofing Service Technician Summary We are looking for an experienced commercial roofing service technician in Oklahoma City, OK. The successful candidate will work under the service crew leader to investigate, locate, and repair leaks in commercial roofing systems such as EPDM, PVC, TPO, built‑up roofing, modified bitumen, and low‑slope metal.
Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities
Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems, including BUR, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope metal roof systems.
Roof maintenance and repairs.
Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
Manage the commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings, and assisting in training crew members as needed.
Commercial Roofing Service Technician Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
1+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
A valid driver’s license preferred.
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
Must be able to work at varying heights and in a variety of weather conditions.
Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co‑workers.
Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
Technology savvy.
Location: Oklahoma City, OK. Salary: $17.00–$20.00 per hour.
