Part-Time Beauty Advisor - Sephora at Kohl’s
As a Beauty Advisor, you will drive sales with a passion for beauty, engage clients with a consultative service approach, and maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands. You will execute merchandise sets and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora’s standards at Kohl’s.
Responsibilities
Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upselling opportunities.
Demonstrate credibility to clients through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
Inspire customers by demonstrating product application to increase sales.
Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
Execute and maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance, and department cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Support omni-processing within the department.
Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back‑stocking, replenishment, inventory counts, and price changes.
Support visual elements of the department and communicate any missed or damaged product or fixture to the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills
Authentic passion for beauty.
Client‑facing retail or service industry experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly.
Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Pay Starts At: $13.70 per hour
