Responsibilities
Providing specialized nursing care to rehabilitation patients
Assessing patient needs and developing personalizedેઠ care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care accordingly

Educating patients and families on post-rehab care
Skills
Strong CMOS clinical assessment and critical thinking
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle sensitive patient situations with compassion
