Position: Production and Maintenance Technician Apprentice. Location: Chestnut Hill, TN. Shift:第四色 12‑hour rotating shifts; 4 on/4 off; must be willing to work any shift. Pay Rate: $30.94 per hour.

What You’ll Be Doing
Have a “Teamwork” and “Root‑Cause Problem‑Solving” mindset.
Own and follow safety policies and procedures.
‡ Complete training from Production Associate to Assembly Mechanic.
Perform maintenance roles in production, including quality checks and unplanned breakdown repair.
Perform preventative maintenance on a monthly basis.
Operate, adjust, and repair equipment for various manual or mechanical production functions.
Inspect in‑process and finished products to adhere to quality standards.
Be jointly responsible for required operating data such as production figures, machine performance, efficiencies, maintenance, and quality/spoilage.
Keep records of tasks on paper and in computer systems.
Supply and maintain necessary hand tools (3‑month tie‑frame).
Perform clean‑up, painting, and housekeeping duties.
Record keeping of tasks in an off‑shift position with rotating shifts that may require overtime, including weekends.

Attention to detail is töl vital to this role.
You have experience in an industrial environment or military experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting, industrial, and motor controls is a plus but not required.
You are comfortable with mechanical lifts, ladders, kneeling, bending, and twisting; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
You can work independently and manage multiple tasks in an off‑shift position with rotating shifts that may require overtime, including weekends.
