Key Responsibilities
Meet company standards for productivity
Pull splits labels for orders
Keep the repack room neat, organized, sanitized, and remove poor quality product from the repack room
Run any products needing attention
Replenish 5# bag stock & cleaning tomatillos
Ensure the correct quantity of product (double check quality of your work)
Keep soft product on top of heavy products (follow loading and unloading procedures)
Follow daily inventory control procedures (First in, first out)
Clean and maintain the warehouse inside and out (this includes all coolers; pick up trash, sweep the floor and back dock area, and empty trash as needed)
Maintain a safe work environment
Communicate with supervisors and warehouse department employees any issues related to performing duties
Find ways to improve and or increase productivity
Follow all HACCP, SQF and OSHA rules and regulations
Requirements
Stand for long periods of time
Able to frequently lift product
Basic reading and math skills
Must pass pre‑employment testing (Drug Screen). 1 yr. warehouse experience (preferably in produce industry). Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
The schedule is 5 to 6 days a week/paid hourly. Hours vary from 40‑48venue.
We work every holiday except Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years.
