full-time, hourly, onsite opportunity

Position Details
Job Title: Packaging Operator I – MDI
Location: Fall River, MA (Onsite)
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (may vary based on business needs)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Pay Rate: $19.00 To $21.00 per hour
Role Overview The Packaging Operator will support the packaging of
Metered Dose Inhalation (MDI)
pharmaceutical products in compliance with
cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements . This is a hands‑on role involving equipment operation, documentation, line clearance, and collaboration across packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, and facilities functions.
Key Responsibilities
Operate pharmaceutical packaging equipment efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Perform equipment cleaning, changeovers, and basic preventive maintenance
Ensure line clearance and proper status labeling at all packaging stages
Complete batch documentation accurately and on time
Maintain strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety requirements
Identify and elevate packaging or quality issues to supervision
Wear required PPE and follow all health & safety guidelines
Support cross‑functional operational activities as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of packaging operations experience (pharmaceutical preferred)
Current experience working under cGMP and SOP environments
Basic understanding of mechanical machinery and control systems
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Experience within the last 2 years is required
US Citizen or Green Card holder only
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Capability to wear required PPE, including respiratory protection when necessary
