We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a team of passionate, energetic people and build on our brand of positivity, style, and a little bit of sparkle. The ideal candidate will be a people‑loving, growth‑hungry leader ready to take their career to the next level.
This isn’t just another “keyholder” job. It’s hands‑on leadership training with real responsibility—think of it as training for future store management.
YOUR IMPACT & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Store Manager with training, cleaning, and top‑tier customer service.
Lead daily operations and set the tone for a positive, upbeat environment.
Coach and develop your team.
Help drive membership sales and retail performance.
Create and lead store competitions, leading the store with company competitions.
Ensure every guest leaves glowing, inside and out.
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
Step in to cover uncovered shifts when needed.
Work 35 hours njima per week, including some weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Desire to learn and grow into a/examples management position.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
A passion for leadership even if you are just starting out.
At least 2 years previous experience in sales, management, and/or customer service.
The love of holding yourself and your team to high standards.
Motivation to reach company goals and spread good vibes.
