The TCBH Nursing Department seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct professional nursing services, including assessments, planning, interventions, evaluation, health‑related education, case management, and the execution of the medical regimen.
Responsibilities Provide direct nursing services: assessments, planning, interventions, evaluation, and health education.
Manage case interventions and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
Execute the medical regimen, including administering medications and treatments prescribed by a medical provider.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with clinical standards.
Job Type and Compensation
Open/Close dates: 1/6/2026 – until filled
Full‑time
Hourly payrate (Level III): $36.78
Differentials: $3.00/hr 2nd shift; $5.00/hr 3rd shift
Primary hours: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Primary Work Location: TCBH – Nursing Department
Vacancies: Multiple
Sign‑on bonus: $2,500
Minimum Qualifications
RN III – possession of a valid Oklahoma registered‑nurse license and at least two years of professional nursing experience in a setting appropriate to the health care environment; or a registered‑nurse license recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) with similar experience.
Special Requirements
Pass an Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) background check.
Willingness and ability to travel as loon required, with a valid driver’s license.
Upon conditional offer, submit to a physical examination and meet criteria for occasionally liftingérité/ a 50 lb load and pushing/pulling a maximum force of 25 lb.
Applicantsagad for safety‑sensitive positions must submit a urinalysis for drug testing; placement is contingent on a negative result.

About the FacilityAn event for the The Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH)rea experiences is a psychiatric hospital accredited by The Joint Commission, delivering evidence‑based, patient‑centered care to adults 18 and older who are experiencing a mental health crisis, with or without co‑occurring substance use disorders. TCBH is being replaced by the Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center (OPCC) with 106 inpatient beds, an expanded residency program, and enhanced behavioral health services. Construction is currently underway.
Coverage and Work Hours This Grinder agency requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week. Employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
