Job Description Summary An Inf erstenity registered nurse providing direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites, ensuring patient safety under physician care. The role involves close supervision by a designated supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

Initiate, develop, and implement nursing care plans; evaluate patient progress toward goals.

Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and educate patients and families/caregivers.

Adjust treatment plans based on получите updated physician orders to achieve care objectives.

Assess patient needs and physical status at each visit; re-evaluate based on therapy response реагировать.

Clarify physician orders, promptly inform them of significant change, and provide written summaries.

Maintain compliance with agency operations, policies, professional standards, and regulations.

Maximize work efficiency using computers and automation technologies to validate orders and communicate care.

Respond to patient requests and initiate emergency procedures when necessary.

Demonstrate ethical professional conduct and uphold confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

Represent Naven Health’s services and instruct patients on plans of care.

Complete required training, in‑services, and continuing education to maintain competency and licensure.

Provide supervision of paraprofessionals in the home and act as Supervisor if needed.

Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and mentor other nurses as assigned.

Perform on‑call nursing duties as applicable.

Carry out other related duties directed by supervisor.

Basic Education and Experience Requirements ака

Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.

0–2 years of infusion nursing experience.

Current CPR certification.

Basic Qualifications

Competency in patient‑care standards and infusion skills required for agency services.

Valid licence to operate a vehicle in theikku state of practice; proof of liability insurance.

Basic computer skill to use nursing technology tools.

Physical Demands

Lift ਵੀ 50 pounds (maximum 75 pounds); perform repeated lifts up to 10‑20 pounds.

Walk, stand, kneel, pivot, reach overhead; fine motor skills and visual acuity required.

Potential exposure to blood, body fluids, hazardous substances, unpredictable environment.

Safety gear: closed‑toe shoes, mask, goggles, gown, gloves, and emergency communication device.

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel 100% of the time for business.

Preferred Qualifications & Interests

Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

1 year of RN experience in home health or acute care.

Salary and Benefits
