What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of CSR experience

(lead-level or senior CSR preferred)

Home service industry experience

(HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

Strong communicator, confident on the phone, and quick on the keyboard

experience is a big plus

Dependable, punctual, and solution-driven

go-getter attitude

with strong leadership and team spirit

What You'll Be Doing:

Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls with professionalism and care

Scheduling service, maintenance, and inspection appointments

Helping customers with products, services, memberships, and more

Handling questions and routing them to the right department when needed

Following up on open estimates, quotes, and membership renewals

Keeping detailed and accurate customer records

Collaborating closely with other departments to keep everything running smoothly
