Adjunct Instructor – Marriage and Family Therapy Initial review of applications will begin immediately and will continue based on the needs of the Department.

Overview The Humanities and Social Sciences Department of Oregon Tech is recruiting a pool of part‑time adjunct instructors for its Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy program. Qualified applicants may be invited to serve as instructors for courses within the department and will be engaged as part of the department’s growing teaching team across campus locations and online.

Responsibilities

Teach courses in the MS in Marriage and Family Therapy program.

Deliver instruction in online, in‑person, hybrid, or clinical formats, responsive to state and local requirements.

Prepare and maintain course materials, assessments, and provide timely feedback.

Collaborate with department faculty on curriculum development and student support.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent discipline.

Experience teaching courses or delivering instructional content.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Canvas or a similar Learning Management System (e.g., Blackboard).

Experience using virtual meeting and collaboration tools for teaching (e.g., Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams).
