Mornings, Weekends and Week Afternoon Shifts Available
Do you love connecting with people and sharing your knowledge about fitness?
We are looking for a fitness coach to join our team at the Y. We spend our days connecting people of all abilities to healthier lifestyles. Whether helping someone new to fitness to feel comfortable, teaching members how to use equipment or keeping the center clean and safe, we change lives and make a positive impact on our Y community.

What is neededansk for this job:
High School degree or equivalent
Fitness experience preferred
Enjoyment from working with people on a fitness floor
Excitement about helping members learn new equipment
Team player with a commanding, positive presence and passion for connecting with members and building probs
The responsibilities we will trust you with:
Engage members to foster a safe and rewarding fitness experience
Build strong relationships with members and guests to facilitate their fitness goals
Maintain a healthy, safe, and clean fitness floor
Provide a friendly and encouraging environment for members in the usage of fitness and wellness programs and services.
Have an understanding and provide basic information to members on exercising and health and wellness.
