Title: Maintenance Supervisor, Green America Recycling (GAR)

Reports to: Site Leader

Compensation:uração Pay is dependent on experience and will be discussed during the consideration process.

Our Maintenance Supervisor plays a vital role within the company and will contribute to the overall success and improved operations within Continental Cement and Green America Recycling. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and technical aptitude, analyzing trends and monitoring equipment(SIG) Adams to determine the appropriate maintenance interventions, both preventative and reactive. Supporting the reliability of mechanical, electrical, and mobile equipment, this role will increase reliability, performance, and life expectancy at the lowest overall cost while maintaining production functions.

ärgt Responsibilities

Remain active and knowledgeable in current safety regulations and guidelines, promoting overall plant safety.

Initiate appropriate work orders when warranted.

Initiate the work directly performed by the execution group and ensure quality and efficient work is performed.

Ensure the maintenance shop and vehicles are safe, inspected, and clean.

Perform regular equipment inspections using advanced detection techniques (vibration analysis, oil analysis, NDT, ultrasonic, and thermal imaging).

Perform follow‑up inspections post‑repair and/or new installations of equipment.

Along with the Planner and Inspector, perform inspections of off‑site rebuilds if required.

Provide technical expertise in specific areas of the cement plant, communicating effectively to various levels.

Interact directly and regularly with production personnel regarding operating procedures that impact equipment.

Participate in the budgeting process, advising on planning and scheduling of major maintenance activities.

Stay current on advances in reliability technology and equipment through participation in the Continental network and maintaining relationships with other practitioners and suppliers.

Utilize management tools to generate maintenance KPIs that measure effectiveness of maintenance activities.

Apply agreement language within its intent to maximize productivity and reduce costs when assigning and supervising maintenance and repair tasks.

Ensure crew members track and submit hours worked accurately and timely, and that timecards are approved and tracked in accordance with plant attendance policy.

Comply with all company purchasing and requisitioning policies and procedures.

Plan and schedule maintenance work, engaging with procurement and department team members to ensure all necessary parts, materials, equipment, and services for impending maintenance work are available.

Cover on‑call responsibilities on a rotating basis as scheduled.

Coordinate and oversee activities of contractors to ensure reliable completion of projects on time and on budget.

Work closely with the Maintenance Planner/Inspector during the development of weekly, monthly, and major outage plans.

Meet plant budgeted clinker, cement, and manufacturing targets.

Meet or exceed targeted reliability goals for major equipment.

Manage department overtime to budget.

Assist in annual plant outage planning.

Plan preventative maintenance work.

Participate in overall equipment effectiveness review meetings and root‑cause failure investigations to determine solutions and improvements to processes, policies, tasks, equipment designs, etc.

Perform other duties as assigned.
