About The Company Our client operates a high-volume D2C e-commerce ecosystem, selling physical and digital products globally, with a strong presence in the U.S., EU, Australia, and the UK. Their operations rely heavily on affiliate marketing traffic, proprietary CRM infrastructure, and complex payment routing systems.
About The Role We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Associate to support and optimize day-to-day transactional and operational flows across multiple platforms. This is a highly operational, process-driven role, ideal for candidates who enjoy repetitive workflows, working with data, and executing clear playbooks. Manually correct order data when required (address issues, missing fields, etc.).
Process refunds for duplicate or invalid transactions.
Set up and maintain affiliate tracking pixels for new campaigns.
Validate tracking accuracy between internal systems and affiliate platforms.
Support new campaign launches and activations.
Update pricing, product descriptions, and promotional offers (e.g., seasonal campaigns).

Validate changes after deployment.
Required Experience & Skills
2–3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, payment processing, online transactions or marketplace operations.
Strong understanding of payment gateways & merchant accounts, approval rates, soft/hard declines, end-to-end payment flows.
Experience with Amazon Seller and working with tools such as Stripe, PayPal, or similar processors.
High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
Comfortable working in highly repetitive, process-driven environments.
Ability to act independently and make operational decisions.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Background in high-volume D2C e-commerce, online gambling, betting, crypto, or fintech.
Experience with fraud detection tools.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing ecosystems.
Experience working in shift-based teams or 24/7 operations.
