Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faced role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They drive sales by analyzing business data and delivering best‑in‑class customer service, oversee daily store operations—including opening and closing routines—and ensure efficiency across all store processes. Assistant managers leverage creative Monterey via floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They also lead guardian leadership—recruiting, training, engagement, and development. Assistant managers are expected to bring their best selves every day and have the opportunity to grow into future store leaders.
