Pay Range
$80,000 - $90,000 per year
Overview Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Williamstown, NJ
Schedule: Monday through Friday – 3 evenings a week until 7pm, 2 days a week until 1pm, including Fridays so you can start your weekend early!
Compensation & Incentives Base pay: $80,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 sign‑on, plus $350 per month toward student loan repayment while employed.
Job Details Multiple‑therapist outpatient orthopedic center with 2 PTs on staff. We see a diverse patient mix including orthopedics, neuro, vestibular/post‑concussion, and sports medicine. Experienced staff provide mentorship and career development. New grads as well as experienced physical therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current state physical‑therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
CPR certification
