Responsibilities
Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician directions.
Delegate and direct all discipline‑specific therapy services for those assigned patients.
Ensure design of functional treatment programs that enable effective return to community activities.
Serve as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers, and self.
Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, development of discipline‑specific therapy services, and design of program delivery.
Qualifications
Current and valid clinical licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Current and valid state licensure, or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Cardiovascular‑Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
