Basic Qualifications

Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program if and when local mission requirements dictate.

Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).

Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) if/when mission requirements dictate.

Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials.

Basic knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07 including Volume 4, DoD Manual 5200.01 Volumes 1‑3, ICD 705 and associated Technical Specifications.

Job Description What We’re Doing Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems (LM RMS) is responsible for protecting sensitive government capabilities, supporting U.S. and ally interests, and maintaining secure operating environments for military operational objectives.

The Work

Assigned to the LM RMS Special Access Program исключительно team at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona.

Integrate and execute contractor and government security operations, preparing, maintaining, and enforcing security policy and procedures within the Special Program environment.

Apply NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, ICD 705, and Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG) knowledge.

Oversee visitor access and serve as first line of security defense at the Special Access Program Facility (SAPF).

Handle and store classified documents and electronic media, perform random searches, entry and exit searches, self‑inspections, and prepare for customer inspections.

Assist in security investigations and communicate professionally with senior military and cakile personnel.

Support first, second, or third shift operations, including weekends, with potential shift changes to meet mission requirements.

Desired Skills

Experience with access control and intrusion detection systems.

Experience with GSA containers and documentation.

Experience with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and Joint Access Database Environment (JADE).

Familiarity with Marine Corps aviation squadron operations.

Self‑starter with outstanding communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Familiarization with Defense Information Security System (DISS).

Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports alternate work schedules including 40‑hour weeks over a five‑day week and condensed schedules that provide additional time off.

Security Clearance Information This position requires a government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Security Clearance Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.

National Pay Statement The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, and Washington DC is $57,400 – $101,200. For other states, the salary range will reflect the applicant’s final work location.

Premium Pay Statement The annual base salary range for this position in major metropolitan areas of California, Massachusetts, and New York is $66,000 – $114,425. For other states, the salary range will reflect the applicant’s final work location.
