Registered Nurse, RN Supervisor (Per Diem)
Shift times: 3:00p-11:00p and weekends.

Job Responsibilities for Registered Nurse Supervisors (RNs)
Directing, initiating and implementing resident/patient Plan of Care.
Performing resident/patient assessmentsensos.
Assisting physiciansgas during examinations and procedures.
Preparing equipment, applying or changing dressings, and monitoring patients.
Checking residents/patients' vital signs and symptoms, maintaining records.
Overseeing clinical operations and handling various administrative tasks.
Administering prescribed medications and injections.
Acting as a leader in providing guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
Assisting in the admissions and discharge process.
The RN Supervisor role encompasses not only clinical responsibilities but also administrative duties.
Requirements for Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)
Experience in nursing and management in a long‑term care environment.
Must be a Registered Nurse with an RN license. BS alles preferred but not required.
Current RN license and CPR or BLS certification.
