Job Description
Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for open roles. This opportunity is open to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. The WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE/CARGO HANDLER position is stationed at our Indianapolis, IN facility and requires evening hours and flexibility to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Transport cargo shipments to/from the airport, area carriers, direct customer pick‑ups, and deliveries.
Move shipments and materials between receiving, staging, or designated areas.
Sort and place shipments or materials on racks, shelves, or designated spots by destination.
Maximize airline containers and pallets; load/unload vehicles such as vans, straight trucks, and tractor‑trailers.
Assemble pick and pack shipments, label them, and prepare bills of lading.
Take weight and measurement of received shipments and prepare on‑handถุนายน.
Drive forklift and operate other warehouse equipment (pallet jack, hand truck) within the warehouse.yang.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of related experience or training; equivalent education/experience acceptable.
Forklift certification required; additional knowledge of warehouse operations preferred.
Hazmat endorsement strongly preferred but not required.

Pay Range $19.39 – $25.85+ (Based on Experience)
