MaineHealth Behavioral Health is offering up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus for all eligible Behavioral Health Clinicians. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former members are ineligible until greater than 3 months separation from employment. Bonuses may be prorated based on schedule. The 20‑hour, part‑time day‑shift position is located in MaineHealth Saco Pediatrics, a well‑established primary care practice. The role involves providing screening, assessments, and focused brief treatment to patients. Treatment structure includes individual, family, and group work. The clinician also offers curbside consultation to providers, links patients to additional services and supports, and participates in population health activities that target the health and wellbeing of specific groups of people. Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
Education: Master’s degree in social work, clinical counseling, addiction treatment, or related field
License/Certifications: Licensed LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT from the State of Maine Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation (OPOR)
Experience: At least two years of behavioral health experience, including employment as a conditionally licensed clinician.
