THE ROLE As a floor manager, you are responsible for supporting the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The majority of your day will involve trading on a busy shop floor and ensuring that all processes run smoothly for an outstanding customer experience.
You will oversee and provide leadership and support to stylist team members handling first‑line customer queries via email, chat and call across topics related to product orders.
You’ll work with the specialist customer experience team leaders to manage KPIs and SLAstestens for online support.
You’ll be an ambassador for our products, inspiring store and online customers and your team.
You will drive commercial results, ensuring that the best‑selling products are showcased and guidelines followed.
You will be accountable for day‑to‑day store operations, planning staff deployment and coaching stylists.
You’ll partner with management toResolvers the store exceed its absolute targets and KPIs.
Proactively manage people matters inducing return‑to‑work interviews and performance reviews.
Create and implement floor plans and rotas independently.

This is a full‑time hourly position at $23.60–$24.70, plus a monthly commission bonus.
ABOUT THE LOCATION Lst p>Our North America region includes 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with the flagship in New York City. Our studios are in Los Angeles, bringing culture to West Hollywood, CA.
