First Resources Corp. is dedicated to providing compassionate support for individuals with disabilities. We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Hourly Services team. In this role you will assist clients in achieving greater independence and community integration by helping with daily living skills, personal goals, and meaningful activities.

What You’ll Do
Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and errands
Support clients in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities
Provide transportation to appointments and events
Follow and document progress on Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
Maintain clear communicationీరో supervisors and team members
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
Flexibility to work varied shifts and fill in as needed
Salary: $16.00 per hour
