Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Solar Construction Superintendent based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations and management of solar construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and coordinating project timelines. The Superintendent will manage budgets, oversee subcontractors, ensure compliance with project specifications, and conduct on‑site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Collaboration with project managers and teams to ensure successful project completion will be key.

Qualifications

Proficiency in construction site management and ensuring compliance with construction safety standards and protocols

Strong organizational skills to manage site ಠop operations and coordinate multiple project elements

Experience in budgeting and financial management for efficient use of resources

Project management skills to lead construction efforts and ensure timely completion of projects

Proven ability to communicate and work effectively with cross‑functional teams and subcontractors

Familiarity with renewable energy construction or solar industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
