Maintain strong lender relationships and submit deals efficiently
Drive F&I product penetration to meet and exceed goals

Keep deals funded quickly and contracts error‑free
Maximize every opportunity while maintaining CSI excellence
Requirements – Finance Manager
Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required
Professional appearance and strong communication and computer skills
Must excel at time‑management
Experience in state law requirements including registrations, tag, tax, and title paperwork
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
