Base Pay Range $115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage onsite operations from groundbreaking through closeout.
Plan Interpretation: Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, permits, and layouts.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager, General Superintendent, and senior leadership.
Subcontractor Management: Supervise and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Technical Coordination: Partner with engineers, environmental consultants, and other stakeholders to address technical challenges.
Safety Compliance: Enforce company safety policies and ensure all activities adhere to OSHA standards.
NASA? (Hold as “Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and subcontractor performance logs.”
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to support overall project success.
Profile
Proven experience as a Utility Superintendent or similar role with extensive knowledge of underground utilities, piping systems, and site development.
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and best practices for trenching, excavation, and confined space work.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliver utility and piping projects on time and within budget.
