Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
What you’ll do:
Work remotely from your home office and visit client sites as needed
Identify and advise healthcare providers on commercial real estate opportunities
Negotiate deals and protect your clients’ best interests
Evaluate properties, analyze lease vs. purchase options, and structure transactions
Collaborate with top industry experts to deliver exceptional results
Ideal candidate:
Active
Real Estate License
(or willingness to obtain one)
Proven
sales and business development
experience with success connecting to decision-makers
Entrepreneurial mindset and hunger for growth
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Tech-savvy — comfortable with Salesforce, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office
Confident and composed in high-stakes negotiations
